Procedures

After completion of the required documents, making sure that application conditions are complete as per the laws and instructions in force, and the visit of Financial Affairs Directorate, Collection Department, Cases Directorate, Control and Inspection Directorate, a letter is prepared to the Financial Affairs Directorate to pay back the guarantee to the concerned person. 

Required Documents

 

  • An application form to payback the guarantee.
  • A payment letter of temporary entry statement.
  • A letter of purpose of paying back the guarantee.
  • A duly stamped re-exportation statement EX3 in addition to the invoice.
  • The Consumption Status statement IM4 in addition to the invoice (in case of commodities clearance).
